Dave Matthews Band Incident Survivor, also known as Cecilia Martino, is a human who had the contents of the septic tank from the Dave Matthews Band tour bus dumped on them in 2004. Her goal is to help Poppy with her variety show segment. In the episode "Taking Risks", it is revealed the effects this had on her.

Cecilia has brown shoulder-length straight hair and mismatched clothes. She has two blue eyes and is covered in human waste.
