Charlotte Hampton is a character in Genesis 1.
Biography[]
Hampton is a psychiatrist who specializes in emergent consciousness. She was hired by the board of the Factory to study the Poppy android and prepare her for her final upgrade within two weeks. It is later revealed that Hampton is a double agent working for the Agency, and was aware that the final upgrade would wipe out Poppy.
Poppy names her mannequin Charlotte after Hampton. Ironically, Poppy "upgrades" Hampton by putting her inside the mannequin at the end of the graphic novel.
