Deborah Ann Ryan, known as Debby Ryan, is an American actress and singer, most notable for starring on Disney Channel shows such as Jessie and The Suite Life on Deck, as well as appearing in the Disney Channel Original Movie 16 Wishes.
Relationship with Poppy[]
She is one of Poppy's closest friends and they are still friends to this day. Poppy appeared in the Jessie episode "Basket Case" as an extra.
