Deborah Ann Ryan, known as Debby Ryan, is an American actress and singer, most notable for her works of being on such Disney Channel shows such as Jessie and The Suite Life On Deck, as well as appearing in the Disney Channel Original Movie 16 Wishes.
Relationship With Poppy
She is one of Poppy's closest friends and they are still friends to this day. Debby and Poppy moved to Los Angeles together in 2013. She has also appeared in some deleted and lost Poppy videos. Poppy appeared in the Jessie episode "Basket Case" as an extra.
