Nick Groff is an American manager and representative. He is the general manager of Geffen Records as well as the manager of A&R at Interscope Records. He was Poppy's manager and a close friend of hers. He is the manager of Titanic Sinclair, Blame Candy and Ryosuke "Dr. R" Sakai.
