Marc Jacobs high shine gloss and sugar.
Blue cream eye shadow.
Pacifica longest lash mascara.
Poppy: Using the Pacifica eye shadow palette, apply your base.
With your blue liner, apply a line in a winged-out shape.
Now refine.
Apply lashes.
Brush your brows!
Next, mascara.
Your blush or highlighter.
Line your lips.
Then apply the gloss.
