After announcing the rescheduling of the North American leg of the Am I A Girl? Tour, Poppy released "Immature Couture" as a surprise single on SoundCloud to thank her fans for their patience.

"Immature Couture" is a song dedicated to those who are insecure and diffident. Poppy tells the listener that she prefers people who are outcasts and encourages them to be self-confident.

- The single was released on all streaming services on October 5th, 2018, one week after the SoundCloud release of the single.
- This song was likely intended for "Am I A Girl?", but was later scrapped.
- Despite the song not being on the album, the single artwork is the album cover of "Am I A Girl?".
- The male background vocals were sung by Chris Greatti.
