Jubilee is a character in Poppy's variety show Improbably Poppy.
Biography[]
Jubilee is a puppet who is often accompanied by her two puppet friends Zwink and Mr. Skip. Her goal is to help Poppy with her variety show. In the episode "Taking Risks", it is revealed that Jubilee has a crush on Poppy. When she asks her out, Poppy rejects her but thanks her for the offer.

Jubilee has blue fur, dark blue arms with pink spots, and wears no clothes. She has two black eyes and a red nose.
