Tony Katai, professionally known as simply Katai or XVTVI, is an American photographer, cinematographer and director.
Background
Katai met Titanic Sinclair and Mars Argo in 2009. He began directing the likes of their music videos and regular videos for the Computer Show project. It is assumed that Katai and Argo stopped interacting with each other in 2016, while still remaining friends with Sinclair.
Relationship with Poppy
Katai has collaborated with Poppy four times. He first collaborated with her on his deleted video "エンドレス / Endless" and did a photoshoot with her in 2016, and he later did two photoshoots with her in 2019. A photo from one of the 2019 photoshoots became the cover art for Poppy's EP Choke.
