Travis Mills, also known as T. Mills, is an American singer, rapper, songwriter and actor. He is a friend of Poppy's.

Mills was originally going to be featured on Poppy's song "Lowlife"; however, his verse was cut from the song for unknown reasons. The version of "Lowlife" with his verse can be listened to here. Poppy stated in an interview with Style Verify that she first met him at a party.[1]
